Load up your sled’s tunnel with this heavy-duty bumper designed to add strength and durability, preventing bent and damaged snowmobile tunnels. Designed for Summit and Free Ride sleds built on the Gen 5 platform. Intended for use on shorty tunnels as equipped on most Gen 5 Summit and Free Ride. The side rails are built from .191″ 6061 aluminum, heavy enough to carry all the survival gear you will ever need. We bolt the side rails into place using the OEM bumper mounting holes as well as additional holes as needed. The rails are tied into the rear suspension drop bracket mount on the running board for added strength. The Ski Doo accessory snow flap does attach to this bumper grab handle. All mounting hardware is provided, we do not use rivets. We use bolts that are fastened on the inside of the tunnel with capped lock nuts that do not cause abrasion to the track edge.
